Tasting Bar Notes
The Wines are listed in order from Driest to Sweetest. We recommend tasting them in this way.
If you don’t like dry wines, skip the first two. If you don’t like sweet wines, skip the last four. But please feel free to enjoy them all!
Chinook 2008 – Medium dry red wine made from Carnellion and Barberra grapes. Young, but goes well with red meats and hard cheese . |
Sour Cherry – Great cherry nose. Made from organically grown Saskatchewan Cherries. (Carmine Jewel) Serve chilled with good friends!
Rhubarb – Off dry white wine that pairs extremely well with Asian Spices. (Thai food, Curries etc.)
Saskatoon Berry – A taste of Saskatchewan! Complex & “Twiggy”, this wine works well with barbequed hamburgers and smoked meats.
Chokecherry – Makes a lovely dessert or after dinner wine. Perfect with cheese cake!
Spring – The newest jewel in our lineup of fine wines… Late harvest Sour Cherries mingle with Local Honey. Voila! Magic in a bottle!

Mead – This traditional Honey wine is the sweetest we offer. Chill well and serve with dessert or in lieu of dessert.
