Description

This is the driest of our fruit wines and it perfect for hot summer days.  The wine starts with a big cherry aroma and hits your palate with a pleasing blast of acidity.  The finish is a bit dry and has a hint of spice.  Some years it leans towards cloves but most years people will notice a slight cinnamon taste.  This wine will certainly wash down a nice pork loin, and it is wonderful with confit style duck.
